Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using the Senton Wallet app, website, or browser extension, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services.

1.Overview

Senton Wallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet that allows users to buy, send, receive, and manage cryptocurrencies securely without relying on centralized intermediaries. You, the user, are in full control of your wallet, keys, and digital assets at all times.

We do not store or access your private keys, recovery phrases, or personal wallet information.

2.Eligibility

To use a Senton Wallet, you must be 18 years or older or the legal age in your country.

3.Self-Custody Responsibility

• Keeping your 12-word recovery phrase safe
• Setting a PIN or using biometrics for extra protection
• Making sure your device is secure

We cannot restore your wallet if you lose your recovery phrase. Always store it in a safe, offline location.

4.We Don’t Store Your Info

Senton Wallet doesn’t collect personal details like your email, name, or wallet data. Everything is stored locally on your device—not on our servers.

5.Third-Party Services

Our Services may integrate with third-party payment gateways and tools, such as:

• MoonPay
• Transak
• Simplex

Any transactions made through these platforms are subject to their respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. Senton is not responsible for their services or policies.

6.Risks and Disclaimers

Using Crypto comes with risks, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to wallet mismanagement
• Price volatility
• Regulatory changes
• Scams or phishing attacks

By using Senton Wallet, you accept and assume all such risks. We are not liable for any losses or damages related to your use of the Services.

7.User Conduct

You agree to use Senton Wallet only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the app for any fraudulent or illegal activity
• Attempt to interfere with or exploit the platform
• Impersonate any other person or entity

Violation of these terms may result in restricted access to the Services.

8.No Account Needed

You don’t need to sign up or give us your email to use Senton Wallet. Your privacy is protected. We don’t track your activity or collect your IP address.

9.Need Help?

You can contact our support team through the app or website. Note: We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key.

10.Not Responsible for Losses

We are not responsible if:

• You lose your crypto
• You forgot your recovery phrase
• A third-party service fails
• You get hacked due to weak security

Please use the wallet carefully and protect your information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Keep checking to stay informed.
